What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Pilot batches start at 500 boxes so you can test the market, with better per-unit pricing at 2,000 and 10,000+ boxes. Share your brief for an exact quote.
What's the difference between white-label and OEM?
White-label means your brand and label on our existing, proven products, fastest to launch. OEM means we manufacture to your own specification, fragrance and packaging from scratch. We offer both.
Can you develop a custom fragrance?
Yes. Our in-house fragrance team can create a signature blend tuned to your market, or you can pick from our ready library. We send physical samples for sign-off before production.
Will my fragrance, designs and brand stay confidential?
Always. We sign NDAs as standard, never resell a custom blend developed for you, and treat your artwork and formulas as your IP.
What is the lead time?
Typically 4–6 weeks from approved samples to dispatch, depending on volume, custom fragrance and packaging complexity. Pilot batches on stock packaging are faster.
Do you offer samples before a bulk order?
Yes, paid samples, typically adjusted against your bulk order. Most brands approve 1–2 sample rounds before committing.
Can I change the design or fragrance mid-production?
Before a batch enters production, changes are easy. Once production starts, changes may affect timeline and cost, we'll always confirm with you first rather than proceed.
What certifications and quality standards do you follow?
ISO 9001 / GMP-grade manufacturing with multi-stage quality inspection on every batch. Export and lab-test documentation available on request.
What are your payment terms?
Typically 50% advance to begin production, balance before dispatch, confirmed on your quote. Export orders may follow standard trade terms.
Do you handle exports and international shipping?
Yes. We produce export-ready cartons with moisture control and provide the documentation needed for customs. We currently ship to 20+ countries.
